CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are not canceled within a 24 hour window by the client, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Appointments that are cancelled the day of will be charged 100% of the service cost and client no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost as well. If you have put down a deposit, it is non-refundable for whatever reason you need to cancel. Please understand this is generated by the booking system, it does and will send out confirmations & reminders. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule ASAP through your client profile you have made while booking, thank you for understanding. 

LATE POLICY

Please be on time to your appointment! If you are going to be late you will need to contact me ASAP and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule and will be charged as a no show or lose your deposit placed, as we will not have sufficient time to give you the quality time you deserve! It is not beneficial for anyone to have a rushed appointment.

CHILDREN POLICY

Yes I love children, however the policy is to respect the artist, as well as the other clients receiving services by not brining children unless they can be alone, quiet and polite. Absolutely NO babies, infants, or toddlers. Please understand your eyes are closed the entire time and cannot watch them. By not following this policy you may lose your appointment.

Merchandise Exchanges and Returns

Simply Divine Lash requires notification by email within seven (7) days of receiving your merchandise for any exchange requests. Orders over seven (7) days old are non-returnable. All items eligible for return must be sent back within thirty (30) days of receipt, unopened, and in the original packaging. We do not accept return requests for opened products based on personal preference.

Upon inspection of the returned items, you will receive Credit for an exchange, subject to customer service discretion. No exchange will be accepted without prior authorization. Please note that Simply Divine Lash does not offer refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. In cases where a return results from our error, we will provide a return label. However, if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address (e.g., omission of a building or suite number) or an oversight on the purchaser's part (errors in the selected product(s)), shipping and handling fees will apply.
